night) The rest of the year you get all your evenings off. Approx £29-33ka year, 40-45hr week (hourly rate is £13-14.50 per hour).
The role This is a small team within this cafe, you will work with the head chef and sous chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, With it being a cafe, you will work around areas of the kitchen and be
multi
skilled. You will prep the fridges and cook breakfast and lunches. This role will include all the standard chef de
partie
duties.
Experience We are looking for a chef de
partie
from a fresh food background, you will be able to cook breakfasts, brunch, lunches. you will have good knife skills and able to cook a range of meals
