We are currently looking to recruit a passionate Chef de Partie to join our Restaurant team in our growing luxury boutique hotel. Position Overview Reporting to the Head Chef, the Chef de Partie is responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. This role includes managing food preparation, cooking, and presenting dishes, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization within the designated section. Key responsibilities include supervising junior kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and consistency, and maintaining strict hygiene standards. The Chef de Partie plays a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef and contributing to the overall success of our luxury boutique hotels dining experience. What we looking for Strong culinary skills, with experience in preparing and executing high-quality dishes; proficiency in Italian cuisine is desirable. Ability to effectively manage and organize a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and seamless operations. In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance at all times. Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to guide and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
