Your Role
You will have experience across a broad range of projects and professional instructions across the commercial sector, including:
- Contract Administration, Project Management, Surveys
- Dilapidations, Technical due diligence, Planned maintenance programmes
- Party Walls, Project Monitoring, RCA
- Licenses for Alterations
What You’ll Need
- MRICS (newly chartered or experienced)
- Broad consultancy experience preferred
- Strong communication & collaborative mindset
