REED Technology are seeking an experienced Change Project Manager to lead and deliver technology transformation projects that drive meaningful change across the organisation. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership, governance, and change management expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Plan: Drive the planning and implementation of change initiatives aligned with organisational goals. Governance & Delivery: Develop project plans, manage resources, and track performance using best-in-class tools and methodologies. Change Management: Apply proven frameworks to foster adoption and minimise resistance. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring robust governance structures. Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices and process enhancements across the change function.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in technology transformation projects and organisational change. Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Proficiency in project management software; PMP / PRINCE II certification is desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment with competing priorities. Experience in FCA-regulated environments and financial services is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills:

High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
