We are looking for an experienced Change Manager who can operate independently, lead change at pace, and drive adoption at scale within a complex, international environment. This role sits within a central Transformation Office and requires someone confident joining programmes mid-flight, taking ownership of change activity, and partnering closely with senior delivery stakeholders to ensure change lands effectively across geographies. You will play a hands-on role in shaping and delivering change across enterprise-wide programmes, including technology transformation, operating model change, and process optimisation, often within live delivery environments.
