Centre Manager 45 -48K basic 52K OTE

We are looking to recruit a hands-on General Manager to run a successful family entertainment centre near Kingston. The role is ideally to a candidate who is looking for their first centre manager, store manager or GM role. You will need passion, energy and drive and will relish the opportunity to run a leading entertainment business with a £2m turnover.


You will need a track record of success and progression in driving both income and service and most importantly has a flair for leading and managing a large team of typically young staff, many in their first job. An Ideal background will be a DGM/AGM sales or operational management role working in a high footfall hospitality, retail or leisure business.


  • Lead the team to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience from reception to the café
  • Accountable for health safety and delivering the ways of working across the centre.
  • Meet and exceed all income targets -pay as you go ,party bookings and exclusive hire and the cafe.
  • Build and develop key local partnerships with schools and sport clubs.
  • Passionate about recruiting and developing talent at all levels.
  • Manage the P and L with significant income and operational budgets.
  • Working duty management shifts and a minimum of 1 weekend in 2.


In addition to a competitive basic salary of 45-48K dependent on experience, there is an annual performance related bonus of 10% , 28 days holiday per annum, cash plan benefit scheme and free parking on site.
