We are looking to recruit a Catering Manager for an independant company operating a multi-site daytime catering operation with strong values centred around customer service, quality of product, and high standards. Based in the Farnham area you will have full financial, operational and people responsibility for the entire multi-site catering operation, and will possess excellent people management skills and the drive to succeed. Without corporate brand constraints you will have the autonomy to really develop the offer and shape the business with the site general manager. A massive bonus is that the entire business is a daytime operation with the occasional evening event, so you will have a great work life balance predominantly working from 9am-5pm.
