We are recruiting for an experienced Catering Manager for a multi-outlet, multi-faceted, family driven leisure focused venue on the outskirts of Beaconsfield.

Primarily working days only Great working conditions Family owned and operated business The venue is open 7 days a week between 10am and 5.30pm, and the catering and events operation comprises all-day counter service casual dining, retail dining / take-away cafes, and children focused events facilities. Our client is therefore looking to recruit an experienced Catering Manager, who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background, to their current role of Catering Manager, gained in high volume, multi-outlet catering operations. The successful candidate for the role of Catering Manager will report directly into the venue General Manager, and will responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the catering department, and the development of the food and service offer at the venue, together with the management of the catering team. This is a very rare opportunity for an ambitious and driven Catering Manager to join the senior leadership team at this established, family feel business, and play a key role in the future success and development of the entire catering offer.
