Blue Arrow Milton Keynes is currently recruiting an

experienced Catering Manager / Chef Manager

on a

temporary, ongoing basis

for an exciting on-site Farm Kitchen operation.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading and managing the entire catering department within a vibrant Farm Kitchen environment, serving a family-friendly menu using

fresh, seasonal and home-grown produce wherever possible . This is a

hands-on leadership role , requiring a strong operational presence in both the kitchen and front-of-house.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on cooking and overseeing daily food production and service delivery Leading, motivating and managing the catering team Rota planning and staff management Ensuring full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety regulations Menu planning and development in line with seasonal produce Managing financial performance, including stock control and margins Supporting and delivering on-site events Acting as

Duty Manager , taking overall charge of the site when required

Requirements

Proven experience in a Catering Manager or Chef Manager role Strong leadership and organisational skills Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Sound knowledge of food safety and health & safety compliance Must be a driver

due to location and operational needs Flexible to work

weekends initially
