Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and reliable multi-skilled kitchen fitter with a strong carpentry background to join our team. The role involves working primarily in tenanted social housing properties across South and West London, delivering high-quality kitchen installations and associated works. Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM

5:00 PM £38k -£40k per hour Key Responsibilities

Full kitchen installations, including units, worktops, and finishing Carrying out carpentry works to a high standard (core skill) Wall tiling General decorating (prep, painting, finishing) Basic plumbing tasks (e.g., sink connections, tap fitting) Installation of latex screeds and vinyl flooring Ensuring all work is completed safely, cleanly, and to tenant satisfaction Working respectfully in occupied (tenanted) properties Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in: Kitchen fitting (end-to-end) Carpentry/joinery (primary trade) Tiling and decorating Basic plumbing Floor preparation and vinyl laying Experience working in social housing / tenanted environments (important) Ability to manage work efficiently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and quality Requirements

Full, clean UK driving licence Good communication skills (especially when dealing with tenants) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude Applicants are expected to have the tools required to complete the tasks Personal Attributes
