We're currently looking for a reliable Carpenter to join a busy property maintenance team delivering repair work across both occupied and empty residential properties. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
The Role:
Carry out a wide range of carpentry repairs in domestic homes and void properties Accurately assess and complete repairs to a high standard Support with other basic multi-trade tasks as needed (e.g. minor plumbing, tiling, or decorating) Maintain van stock and collect additional materials as required Use handheld devices to receive and close out job information Work independently and as part of a responsive repairs team What You'll Need:
NVQ Level 2 or higher in Carpentry or a similar trade Full UK driving licence Proven experience in domestic carpentry, ideally in social housing or similar Strong attention to detail and a focus on first-time fix Professional, customer-focused approach Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure What's On Offer:
