About the Building Fabric Technician Provide Building Fabric Maintenance across a range of disciplines and across multiple sites & sectors Deliver Planned, Reactive and Installation works in both internal and external areas to include but not limited to:- Building; Roof leaks, gutter & gulleys, Brickwork, Flooring, Car Park surfacing Fabric; Internal cladding, wall tiling, doors, protection works, signage, carpentry, plastering, glazing, painting & decorating Joinery; Doors, panels, architraves, locks, handles, decking, fames, windows Plumbing & Drainage; Toilets, sinks, drainage, sanitary units, leaking taps & washers Required to travel to various locations in order to fulfil their allocated task

Personal Specification - Building Fabric Technician NVQ Level 2 General Building Operations or similar qualification (level 2 Diploma in Construction Skills Bench or Joinery) A valid and up to date CSCS Previous experience in Building Maintenance or Shopfitting Ability to repair and maintain a range of equipment Full Diving License
