What You'll Be Doing

As a vital part of our site team, you'll help ensure the community feels cared for and well-maintained. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Carrying out regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and high standards across the site. Performing general maintenance and minor repair tasks. Managing waste disposal and supporting recycling processes. Keeping all communal areas tidy, presentable, and hazard-free. Cleaning, removing, and scrubbing graffiti from internal and external areas as required. Assisting residents with enquiries and providing excellent, friendly customer service. Reporting any issues or hazards promptly to management.

About You

We're seeking someone who is:

Reliable and hardworking, with a strong sense of pride in your work. Approachable and friendly, helping residents feel supported and valued. Proactive, able to take initiative and spot what needs doing before being asked. Hands-on, with basic maintenance abilities (or a willingness to learn!). Comfortable with light physical work, including cleaning tasks and graffiti removal.
