Registered Service Manager – The Grange, Liss Hampshire

The Grange is a lively nursing home supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, epilepsy and complex health needs. As our Registered Service Manager, you’ll bring compassion, clarity and confident leadership. The staff team includes a blend of long‑standing colleagues and newer members, and your role will be key in nurturing skills, building confidence, and keeping the culture positive, supportive and consistent. You’ll work closely with the Deputy Manager, team leaders, support workers and nursing team to ensure the highest standards of care.

What you’ll be doing You’ll lead the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring safe, empowering and person‑centred care by: Supporting and developing staff team Embedding high‑quality, consistent practice Maintaining compliance and CQC Working collaboratively with families, professionals and colleagues Ensuring the people we support are achieving meaningful outcomes Balancing operational leadership with clinical oversight (with nursing team support)

About you You’ll be someone who: Has experience as a Registered or Service Manager in learning disability or complex needs Understands quality frameworks, behaviour support and CQC requirements Enjoys fast‑paced, community‑focused services Leads with warmth, confidence and strong communication Is committed to our values and to helping people live fulfilling lives A nursing qualification is desirable but not essential — what matters most is your passion for excellent care and skilled leadership.
