Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience as a Deputy Manager of a CQC registered care home for older people NVQ Level 4/5 in Management for Care Services (or equivalent) Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a commitment for continuous self-development Experience in care planning, budget management, and regulatory compliance A collaborative, customer-focused approach with a commitment to dignity and respect
