Ringwood, Hampshire Up to £90,000 per annum + 40% Annual Bonus + Private Medical Insurance + Pension

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role for a Home Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding care alongside strong operational performance. You will be responsible for creating a safe, caring and well-led service where residents feel genuinely supported and at home.

About You

Visible, confident leadership style with a genuine passion for residents

Nurse qualified with an active NMC PIN desirable, though strong non-nurse leaders will be considered
