What You Will Be Doing:
* Supporting people with everyday needs like meals, mobility, and personal care.
* Offering a listening ear and emotional support to those who need it most.
* Helping residents stay active, independent, and connected with others.

Requirements for Support Worker:
* Minimum of 1 years’ experience working with Dementia & Young Person care
* Current DBS on the Update Service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet clients' individual needs.
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
* A valid driving license is desirable but not required.
