Care Assistant who can support me when I get home from school in the afternoon. I need someone to meet me off the bus, bring me into the house and take care of me until bedtime. This will include feeding me my dinner, playing with me or doing my physiotherapy exercises on the mat, giving me medicine, gastronomy care, support with personal care and getting me changed for bed. On some days when I have been particularly messy, I may need to be given a bath. Candidates must be female
