As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily activities, implementing care plans, and fostering a positive environment for residents. Duties: * Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. * Support service users in daily living activities, including meal preparation and feeding when necessary. * Communicate effectively with residents to understand their needs and preferences. * Implement individual care plans as directed by healthcare professionals. * Maintain accurate records of care and report any changes in condition * Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to IT systems used for documentation and communication.
