Hours: 36 hours per week OR 48 hours per week (Days or Nights available) or Bank hours
Shifts: 7:45am - 8pm OR 7:45pm - 8am
Pay :£13.41 per hour
The Role
As a Care Assistant at our complex care home, youll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care they deserve. Well look to you to support our residents with a variety of needs, including advanced or young onset dementia, multiple sclerosis, neuro rehab and Huntingtons disease.
Our residents need highly specialised care to get the most out of life, and youll be there deliver that by assisting with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. Every day will be different, so you can expect to undertake work that is as varied as it is rewarding.
Essential Criteria
Experience working as a carer with older people
A kind, patient, and understanding nature
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
Excellent work ethic
