The Role As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

Selling both new and used premium vehicles Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover Building long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs Maximising profitability on each vehicle sale

You’ll be part of a close-knit team of 4 Sales Executives, all focused on performance, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. What’s on Offer

Basic salary of £22,000 Uncapped OTE of £55,000+ (based on approx. 120 units per year) Earnings based on both volume and profit per vehicle Company car Structured and supportive team environment

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm 1 in 3 weekends off Plus a day off in the week, every week

About You

Proven experience in car sales (ideally within a main dealership) A strong track record of achieving targets Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly motivated, professional, and driven to succeed
