As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we are expanding our UK field sales team and are seeking a high-calibre Capital Sales Representative to take ownership of the London territory.


The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on driving capital equipment sales Central London within M25. You will be responsible for selling premium, results-driven medical aesthetic devices into clinics, aesthetic practitioners, and leading beauty operators.

This role is suited to a commercially driven, ambitious sales professional who thrives in a performance-led environment and is motivated by building a strong pipeline, closing high-value deals, and delivering consistent revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive capital equipment sales across your territory, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline with strong forecasting discipline.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-driven commercial discussions.
  • Identify and develop key accounts, including multi-site operators and clinic groups.
  • Collaborate with marketing to maximise lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to support forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Represent Dermalux at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging trends.




Performance Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and deal velocity.
  • Average deal value and margin performance
  • Sales cycle efficiency and closing discipline.
  • CRM accuracy and forecasting reliability


Candidate Profile

Experience

  • Proven track record in capital equipment or high-value B2B sales
  • Experience in medical devices, aesthetics, beauty, or consultative sales environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.

Skills & Attributes

  • Highly commercial with strong understanding of margin, pricing, and deal structuring
  • Disciplined in pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Confident, credible, and professional with high-value clients
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence.



Desirable

  • Experience selling into aesthetic clinics, medical environments, or premium beauty businesses
  • Existing network within the London aesthetics or medical market
  • Experience working within a high-growth or scaling business
