Role Overview: Manage procurement of materials and plant for multiple live sites Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet site programmes Monitor budgets, negotiate pricing, and maintain cost control Work closely with site teams, commercial, and technical departments Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in a buying role within residential construction Strong negotiation and organisational skills Knowledge of traditional and timber frame construction methods Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communication and IT skills ??
