An experienced
Draughtsman
to join our team on a contract basis for a six month initial project. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing detailed engineering drawings and models using
SolidWorks
for a range of marine and offshore projects. Key Responsibilities: Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings and models using SolidWorks. Interpret engineering specifications and convert them into detailed designs. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance. Maintain drawing standards and document control procedures. Support design reviews and provide technical input where required. Requirements: Proven experience as a Draughtsman in a mechanical or marine engineering environment. Proficiency in
SolidWorks
(essential). Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes such a fabrication drawings Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
