Are you a motivated Jointer’s Mate (any voltage) looking for the next step in your career?

Freedom Group are offering structured development opportunities designed to help you progress into a fully qualified LV Services / LV Mains Jointer and beyond.

Once authorised as an LV jointer we’ll continue to train and progress you up the voltages to 11kv & 33kv.

If you’re driven, safety‑focused, and eager to learn, this is the perfect chance to accelerate your career.

Location: SPEN Manweb, SPEN Central & South, NPG West Yorkshire & South Yorkshire

Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive + progression-based increases

What You’ll Do

Support Jointers with installation, maintenance, and repair of LV network equipment

Handle tools, materials, excavation support, and cable preparation

Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment

Learn technical skills that will prepare you for Jointer authorisations
