TSPro Ltd is a well-established Construction, Refurbishment company, delivering quality projects throughout Yorkshire and the Humber. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Buyer (Materials & Services) to join our friendly and fast-paced office team in Hull.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in purchasing, buying or materials supply, especially in Joinery materials, building products, who wants to take the next step in a commercial role. An ability to take off drawings would be an advantage.

What you’ll do:

* Procure construction & Joinery materials and related services for all projects.

* Prepare Excel price comparison sheets to secure best value for every project

* Engaging proactively with external suppliers

* Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure a right first-time service, with a focus on safety, quality, programme, commercial aspects and overall best value

* Support internal business needs, promoting commercial and product awareness to deliver requirements

* Maintain continuous communication with the project team to review contract progress and resolve issues promptly
