Buyer, Newtownabbey, £36,000 - £41,000 + benefits To join a successful and busy manufacturer as their new Buyer! Duties will include; Responsible for ensuring the procurement of products and on-time delivery of quality materials within budget based on required demands utilising the current systems and processes available on site Manage delivery flow of parts and services and communicate issues to manufacturing cells. Liaise with suppliers on a daily basis in relation to orders/delivery dates and any issues connected to this, ensuring operations are fully kept up to date Performing supplier reviews, monitoring, reporting and ensuring compliance with all contractual commitments and where necessary visiting the supplier both local and within the UK.
