This will include providing ad hoc advice and training, identifying and reporting on business issues, advising on how to achieve improved process compliance and greater efficient/effective usage of IT systems. This involves: Core Business Systems, HR / Payroll, ATS, Finance, LMS etc Deliver training programs using various methods (including classroom, e-learning, workshops, floorwalking).
