Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Type: Permanent, full-time

Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire, UK (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Business system lifecycle management – exploring digital solutions opportunities.
• Managing the full life cycle of Tulip platform from initiation, deployment to ongoing maintenance and support of the platform and related apps.
• Work with the Manufacturing Business Process & System Manager to manage the full life cycle of Tulip platform from initiation, deployment to ongoing maintenance and support of the platform and related apps.
• Work with vendor and business SMEs on SAP ECC improvement projects, specifically around warehouse management and material movement.
• Work with the team, business and other IT teams to manage the full life cycle of other systems from initiation, deployment to ongoing maintenance and support.
• Lead the issue resolution, perform investigation & work with internal and external parties to identify and implement appropriate technical solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation to comply with GxP requirements.
• Provide expertise and support interfaces among systems and with machines.
• Lead the technical elements of the expansion and integration of other relevant existing systems within the scope of this role with the warehouse expansion for the new product introduction.
• Provide technical support to projects within the skill sets when required
• Lead other small-size projects within the skills sets when required

Requirements:

• Looking for a digital/technical savvy profile, senior, need to be independent
• Experience in SAP or other relevant ERP systems
• Must have experience working in GxP environment
• Good understanding of GAMP 5
• Tulip platform experience would be great but not a must have - experience with no code development in SharePoint would be advantageous if no Tulip
• Experience in supporting & maintaining IT business systems such as MES, SAP ECC
• Strong project management experience
