Business Support Officer

Our client, a leader in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a Business Support Officer to join their team on a 12-month contract at RAF Coningsby.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working within two different buildings and collaborating with two different teams
• Performing a varied range of administrative tasks
• Providing administrative support for coursework for students
• Updating the workforce manager system

Job Requirements:

• Core administrative skills
• An NVQ qualification is preferable, although relevant work experience is highly valued
• Ability to obtain Full SC security clearance before starting

Additional Information:

• Hybrid work arrangements: 5 days a week, potentially reducing to 4 days a week
• Role is inside IR35
• Full SC security clearance required (UK eyes only)

SC + UK Eyes Only

This role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working on-site. You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct and/or indirect access to Caveat Material which means there are restrictions on nationalities.
