Advantage Resourcing is working in partnership with a leading organisation seeking a Business & Project Management Partner to deliver operational management solutions for project & performance management, resource management and people development.

What will you be doing?
Ensuring compliance with established business and project management processes across the engineering programme team.
Developing and maintaining comprehensive, integrated plans in collaboration with all stakeholders.
Managing and sustaining credible resource allocations and financial forecasts.
Fostering a proactive mindset to anticipate risks, seize opportunities, and adapt to workload changes.
Overseeing the initiation and management of internal resourcing and external engineering service supplier activities in alignment with the policies and processes.
Providing guidance, support, and mentoring to the engineering community on business and project management practices.
A couple of things you should know:
Experienced in Business Management and/or Project Management.
Customer-focused and able to engage, inspire and manage multiple stakeholders with enthusiasm and energy.
Ability to be flexible, pragmatic and have an analytical style of working whilst still having good attention to detail.
Curious and innovative with a willingness to challenge the norm and learn / continuously improve.

Your project management/project control background
