We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established franchised dealership in Bath, for an experienced Business Manager to join their busy and successful sales team.

• Previous experience as a Business Manager within the motor trade (essential)

The Role
As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager and driving the performance of the sales department. You will be responsible for assisting with deal structuring, supporting the sales team in achieving targets, and ensuring customers receive a professional and seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the sales department

• Assisting the sales team with deal structuring and closing sales

• Monitoring sales performance and helping the team achieve targets

• Ensuring finance and insurance opportunities are maximised

• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

• Supporting training and development of junior sales staff

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Manager within the motor trade (essential)

• Strong knowledge of the vehicle sales process

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Target-driven with a hands-on approach

• Ability to work in a fast-paced franchised dealership environment
