Business & Finance Graduate | Salary: £28,000 + excellent benefits + study support | Hybrid: 2 days from home / 3 days from the Basingstoke office

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business & Finance Graduate to join a successful and growing technology-led organisation. This role offers an excellent entry point for a commercially minded graduate looking to build a long-term career in business and finance, with exposure to senior stakeholders and structured development including study support.
You will work closely with an experienced senior finance leader, gaining hands-on experience across finance, commercial operations, and wider business activity.
Business & Finance Graduate – Experience Requirements:
Essential:
Minimum 2:1 degree in a Finance / Business related discipline
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Confident communication skills and ability to engage and present to senior stakeholders
Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
Desirable:
Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems
Previous finance, commercial, or analytical experience
The Role
Producing and analysing management reports for various business units and senior leadership. Presenting reports.
Supporting sales teams with order and project management on complex deals
Preparing cross-charges, rebates, and stock provisions
Working cross-functionally to resolve commercial and operational issues
Supporting ad-hoc finance and business projects
