ROLE SNAPSHOT As a Business Director, you are the strategic and commercial lead for a portfolio of high-value clients. You own senior relationships, deeply understand your clients’ businesses, and guide the development of integrated performance marketing strategies through Found’s Everysearch™ framework. This role is about driving retention, growth and long-term partnership value. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders, while working closely with performance teams, Client Experience, and Tomorrow Group partners to deliver joined‑up, future‑focused solutions aligned to commercial objectives. You’ll balance strategic leadership with commercial ownership - shaping roadmaps, navigating complexity, and ensuring Found consistently delivers outstanding impact for its clients. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Client Leadership & Retention – Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted business partner across your client portfolio. Commercial Ownership – Own client contracts, renewals and scope, leading proactive commercial planning to support retention and growth. Strategic Direction – Translate client business goals into integrated digital strategies rooted in the Everysearch™ framework. Growth & Upsell – Identify, shape and secure upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across Found and Tomorrow Group services. Performance Narratives – Lead clear, compelling monthly and quarterly reviews that connect performance to business outcomes. Risk Management – Identify retention risks or relationship challenges early, leading recovery and mitigation plans. Stakeholder Mapping – Own senior stakeholder planning across client organisations to ensure alignment and depth of relationships. Cross‑Functional Leadership – Collaborate with Account Directors, Department Heads and performance leads to deliver commercially effective strategies. Integration & Innovation – Champion joined‑up thinking across SEO, Paid Media, Social, Data and Analytics partners. Escalation & Decision‑Making – Act as the senior escalation point for complex client issues and high‑stakes decisions. New Business Support – Contribute to pitches, proposals and growth conversations where strategic leadership is required. External Representation – Represent Found through events, panels, partnerships and thought leadership opportunities. AI Integration – Champion responsible and ethical AI adoption, guiding teams to use AI to create efficiencies and unlock higher‑value work.

WHAT IS THE INTERVIEW PROCESS? Our interview process is designed to be supportive and transparent:
Initial Chat – A short call with our People Team to learn more about you and answer your questions. (10–15 mins) First Stage Interview – A deeper conversation with the Director of Growth and People Director focused on experience and approach. (45–60 mins) Task / Case Study – An opportunity to demonstrate strategic thinking and commercial leadership. (1‑1.5hr hr) to Director of Growth, Director of Paid Media and Managing Director.
