What you’ll be doing:
Convert email and live chat enquiries into sales through effective communication
Proactively follow up with customers to drive sales, retention, and lead nurturing
Process payments via multiple channels while supporting credit control
Contribute to sales initiatives and support the wider sales team in hitting ambitious targets
Work closely with senior managers to shape and execute impactful sales strategies

What we’re looking for:
Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role
Strong communication skills across email and live chat
Confidence using CRM tools and tracking customer activity
