Business Development Representative Location: Newport, South Wales Salary: £26,000 basic + £3,000+ achievable commission (sales and retention) Hours: 40 hours per week. Rota based shifts Monday to Friday 09:00-21:00, Saturday 09:00-18:00, Sunday 10:00-16:00 Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities · Driving sales through high-volume outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, and making targeted cold calls. · Engaging leads via email and live chat, using persuasive messaging to convert quotes and boost retention. · Following up on enquiries promptly, building rapport, and maintaining momentum to exceed sales targets. · Processing customer payments, ensuring accurate credit control and smooth transactions. · Supporting campaigns and collaborating with Sales and General Managers to refine strategies and achieve growth objectives.
