Business Development Partner IT Staff Augmentation (Remote | Commission-Only)

About MyTeamAbroad (MTA):

We help businesses scale by placing vetted, remote software developers on-demand. Our developers are on our payroll clients just get results. Think of us as the shortcut between engineering pain and productivity.

The Role:

We're looking for a highly connected Sales Manager to help grow our client base across the IT and tech space. This is a 100% commission-only role no cap, no micromanagement, full freedom.

One of our sales partners is already earning $7,000+ per month working just a few hours a week. Thats the kind of potential were offering.

Your Mission:

• Use your existing network in tech, SaaS, and startup ecosystems to connect companies with our developer talent
• Manage and nurture your own sales pipeline
• Collaborate with the MTA team for onboarding, fulfillment, and delivery

You Are:

• Deeply connected in the IT/tech/startup world
• A confident closer with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Energized by performance-based income
• Bonus: Experience in staff augmentation, recruiting, or dev services

Compensation:

• Commission-only model with recurring monthly income per deal
• No cap. The more developers you place, the more you earn.
• Example: Close one client who hires 3 devs = recurring monthly payout

Remote. Work from anywhere.
