About the role: Reporting to the UK Executive Director R&C Business Development you will run day to day operations for Business Development This will include: Managing the UK element of RTX's CRM (ERPM) ensuring Customer and pipeline Opportunity is up to date and accurate and aligned with Raytheon US . Work with US ERPM Manager to ensure alignment of US into UK pursuits

Customer relationship manager: track and oversee RUK's engagements with customers to ensure we are maximizing customer engagement opportunities. Implement and manage the UK CRM Tool

MoD DCO Opportunities management; Daily review all MoD and UK frameworks for new opportunities and ensure appropriate BD teams are briefed

Collate all BD management data, KPIs etc and work with teams to drive performance

Drive forward BD action plans and outputs

Lead R&C Monthly Review Board (MRB) and inputs into the RUK Operations Board

Management of Raytheon International R&C MRB input

Management of Raytheon R&C MRB input

Coordination of R&C Annual Operations Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan inputs

Coordination of the Functions AOP and budgeting process (in collaboration with Finance Business Partner)

Management and reporting of Functional overhead budget (in collaboration with Finance Business Partner)

Approval of BD Functional spending/invoices etc

BD involvement in Events, collating briefing packs and customer messaging.

Global Trade - Manage the interface between GT and R&C to ensure all Opportunities and Bids have appropriate US and UK licences in places

R&C Lead for Teaming Approvals process. Manage the Teaming approval process for RUK Bids

R&C Lead for International Representatives and Consultants. Manage RUK Reps/Cons onboarding, performance and payments

Arrange approvals gates, manage output and coordinate pan business and with US

Support R&C Executive Director in the management of the R&C function

What you bring Crisp written and verbal communication; you simplify, decide, and move.

Strong management skills and an ability to work with minimal supervision

Some experience in Business Development or associated area

Nice to have Defence Domain knowledge

Security & compliance

You should be eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance and comfortable operating within MOD/Authority governance, including appropriate handling of commercial and technical artefacts.

Term & logistics: Graduate with a business-related degree and some experience in Business Development, strategy or Sales.
