As a Customer Service and Telesales Advisor, you will use your product knowledge and communication skills to support business customers while driving sales growth.You will manage a mixture of inbound and outbound calls, speaking daily with licensed venues and business customers, building relationships, processing orders and identifying opportunities to increase product range and spend.
