This is more than a sales role — it’s a relationship-building, solution-shaping, future-driving position. You’ll be the face of Paragon Works in the Southern Region, growing existing accounts and unlocking new opportunities. You’ll need to understand what matters to clients, position smart solutions, and always deliver with integrity.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships
* Driving new business in a competitive market
* Understanding customer needs and matching them to smart IT solutions
* Staying sharp on market trends, competitors and new opportunities
* Managing your pipeline via CRM — accurately and efficiently
* Achieving your targets and celebrating the wins
* Representing the Paragon name with professionalism, passion, and purpose
What We’re Looking For:
* A proven track record in managed print solution or tech solution sales
* Someone who thrives on targets and knows how to close
* A relationship builder — with both clients and internal teams
* Highly organised, self-driven, and time-efficient
