The role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to cover West London who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, understanding their challenges, and helping them find the right security solutions for their sites and teams. You'll spend your time meeting customers, listening to their needs, and showing them how different security options, from surveillance systems to alarm solutions and on-site guarding which can create safer, more efficient working environments. You'll have the freedom to manage your own patch, build strong relationships, and shape your own success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building new relationships across construction, infrastructure, and commercial property
  • Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right security solutions
  • Developing trust with site managers, project leads and senior decision-makers
  • Guiding customers through the full sales process with honesty and clarity
  • Working with internal teams to make sure promises made are promises kept
  • Managing your territory and pipeline with confidence and transparency

The ideal candidate

  • Has experience selling any product or service into similar customer environments such as: social housing, construction, property management agencies, FM, dioceses, healthcare.
  • You don't need to have sold security previously but it would be beneficial
  • It would also be a great advantage if you understood the public procurement process
  • You must have a driving licence
