They are looking for a commercially driven individual who can identify, develop, and convert opportunities, helping to expand their footprint and secure long-term partnerships.
The Role Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across target sectors Lead on bids, proposals, and tender submissions Create and implement strategic business development plans Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs Drive revenue growth and support the company’s scaling strategy
What We’re Looking For Proven track record in business development and winning work Strong experience within water, social housing, or local authority sectors Demonstrable ability to generate and convert new opportunities Commercially astute with strong negotiation and influencing skills Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
