Business Development Manager\n£35,000 - £38,000\nPeterborough\nFull-Time in Office – 9am to 5:00pm - 30 min lunch break – Monday to Friday.\nOur client is a leading business in the power industry of quality electronics power supply units, specialising in innovative and reliable solutions for various industries. Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has positioned us as a trusted name in the industry. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth in new and existing markets must have a proven sales experience and record and problem-solving attitude to succeed in the role.\nJob Summary: You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the market presence of our power supply unit Sales.

This role involves market research, lead generation, customer engagement, and strategic planning to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.\nQualifications:\n * Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or in a related field would be beneficial.\n * Full driving licence.\n * Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the electronics or power supply industry.\n * Strong understanding of electronics power supply units and their applications.\n * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n * Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.\n * Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.\nWhat we are looking for:\n * Experience / reliable individual who has 3-5+ years BD experience\n * Identifying new business & creating new opportunities\n * Building and creating new relationships with new customers\n * Responsible for driving company growth securing £250k orders in the 1st year\n * Working within targets but also willing to think on their own / outside the box\n * Working on their own initiative and be a valuable member of the team\n * Understand trends within the sector\n * Market research, working with lead gen\n * Planning & developing their own sales strategy\n * Site visits to new opportunities / customers & attend exhibitions for new business\n * Targeted on calls and new opportunities brought in\n * Strong communication skills\n * Produce forecast & pipeline\nIf the role as a Business Development Specialist is of interest to you, please email Fraser
