Our client are seeking an ambitious New Business Manager to drive growth across London and the South of England for a leading contract-services provider.

This is a high-impact commercial role, responsible for identifying and converting new opportunities, managing complex tenders, and representing the brand at key industry events and partnerships.


You’ll own the full new-business life-cycle, from lead generation and relationship management through to bid delivery and successful contract mobilisation, collaborating with internal teams to ensure every new partnership is built for long-term success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a regional sales plan aligned with overall growth objectives.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through networking, lead generation, and proactive prospecting.
  • Lead the end-to-end tender process, from opportunity identification and bid strategy to final presentation.
  • Prepare persuasive and compliant proposals aligned with public- or private-sector frameworks.
  • Collaborate with operational and finance teams to ensure proposals are commercially viable and operationally deliverable.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, client meetings, and partnership forums.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across a range of sectors.

About You

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within contract services, outsourcing, facilities, or related industries.
  • Experience managing complex, long-cycle tenders and bid processes.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and cost-modelling ability.
  • A confident, relationship-driven approach with a hunter mentality.
  • Knowledge of public-sector procurement frameworks or large-scale B2B contracts.
