We're seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth across Europe within the industrial market. In this role, you'll lead sales strategy, build strong OEM relationships, manage opportunity pipelines, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to support new product introductions.\n\nRemote and Field Based\n\n*Commission scheme and Car Allowance*\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and execute new business sales strategies for key European accounts\nGrow revenue and manage a strong pipeline of new opportunities\nIdentify market trends, new technologies, and application opportunities\nCreate market and competitor analyses\nRepresent the business at trade shows and customer technology days \n\nAbout You\n\n5+ years' experience in sales - Ideally experience in Gauges, Instrumentation, Sensors, Measuring equipment or similar\nExperience in selling to end users / OEMs is essential\nStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills\nStrategic thinker with the ability to execute\nWillingness to travel frequently to clients in the UK and Europe\nBased in the UK; remote working
