What You’ll Do

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our reach. You'll build strategic partnerships with both levy and non-levy employers, helping them unlock the value of high-quality apprenticeship programmes across growth sectors.

Working closely with marketing, operations, and leadership, you’ll drive growth while ensuring both learners and employers receive exceptional service from start to finish.

Your Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of employer partnerships

Identify and pursue new market opportunities across key sectors

Collaborate on outreach campaigns and engagement strategies

Offer expert advice to employers and learners on apprenticeship pathways
