Business Development Manager – FinTech SaaS Solutions

Location: Scotland (Hybrid / Field-Based)

Drive digital transformation in the financial services sector.

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead growth across Scotland for our powerful suite of finance automation solutions, including:

• Document Management Systems
• Purchase Order Processing Solutions

You’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation, helping finance departments across the sector reduce cost, eliminate manual processes, and improve compliance through smarter software.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the financial services market.
• Deliver compelling presentations and software demos tailored to financial workflows.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Consult with prospects to understand business pain points and propose value-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and pre-sales teams to create tailored proposals.
• Close deals in line with targets and support a smooth customer onboarding process.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to position our offering effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2B software/SaaS sales – ideally in financial services, FinTech, or a related vertical.
• Strong understanding of one or more of the following:
• Invoice processing automation
• Document management or workflow solutions
• Purchase order automation or ERP integrations
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable working remotely and visiting clients across the North as needed.
• CRM and sales tools experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
