In the role of Business Development Manager, you will: Lead and grow a business unit with a focus on engineering solutions - targetting sales within the metals or metrology markets. Develop and maintain relationships with current customers while seeking new opportunities. Sell directly and through distributors, primarily in the UK with some export business. Implement a solution-led sales approach, prioritising value over price.
