Duties of a Business Development Manager:
Own and grow sales within a defined territory, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Build strong, long-term relationships with contractors and clients through professional, solution-focused engagement. Develop and execute a focused business development plan in collaboration with the wider sales and marketing teams. Schedule and manage a robust field-based diary Maintain CRM records with accurate updates on quotes, meetings, activities, and next steps. Partner with inside sales colleagues to ensure consistent follow-up and conversion from quote to order. Negotiate pricing and service agreements intelligently with sales management support.
