Reed Sales & Marketing are incredibly exciting to be representing a globally established Freight company in their search for a Yorkshire based Business Development Manager. If you are a hunter type sales specialist looking to develop your knowledge in a flourishing and long-established industry, then look no further than here! This is a pivotal role within a small, ambitious team and offers a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of international and UK Export/Import services. Working closely with the team, you'll be responsible for bringing on new business and developing strong, long-lasting relationships with them. Benefits: Basic: £35,000 to £45,000+ (Negotiable dependant on experience) Uncapped Commission structure Company Car/Car Allowance New clients kept for a lifetime Company pension Concrete progression opportunities Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities across Europe, with a focus on Air, Road and Sea freight, import/export, and time-critical logistics. Grow and develop accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Work directly with the leadership team to contribute to strategic planning and growth of the Global Division. Maintain and manage a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools. Deliver regular updates, forecasts, and performance metrics.
